Medical products purchased from Relicor LLC are eligible for return only under the following conditions:
Damaged on Arrival: If the chair arrives with visible damage or concealed damage, you may initiate a return within five (5) business days of receiving the order.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned or receive credit:
Non-Damaged products: If the product is not damaged on arrival, it is not eligible for return.
Hazardous Materials or Controlled Substances: Products falling into these categories cannot be returned.
Refrigerated Products: Products requiring refrigeration are non-returnable.
Return Process
Notify Us: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Authorization: We will provide return instructions and issue a return authorization.
Packaging: Repack the product securely in its original packaging.
Pickup: Our carrier will arrange pickup for the damaged chair.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
